Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The authors introduce the works that make up the 1/2016 issue of the magazine, entirely dedicated to the theme of environmental protection, between administrative regulation and criminal intervention. In particular, the editorial illustrates the logic followed in the structuring of the International Conference from which the various contributions arose, which, in an interdisciplinary perspective and open to comparison with the US legal system, aim to frame the delicate dynamics that the criminal legislation and administrative needs to face, when confronted with environmental matters.
