Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] This publication stems from a research commissioned by Theorema s.r.l. at the Research Center on Intercultural Relations of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan with the tax credit system for research and development activities. Starting from the research and its main outcomes, the key themes of consultancy for organizational processes have been identified. A theoretical-practical reflection on these issues is elaborated which identifies the peculiarities of the areas of action of consultancy for organizational processes, defining the theoretical references and the connections with organizational practice. The declination of theories, approaches and models in business practice is in fact fundamental to propose divergent views to executives, managers, HR managers, useful for revisiting the professional postures of individuals, groups and organizations. Theory, scientific research and practices come together within a virtuous relationship starting from the awareness that the three elements are indispensable for promoting development and innovation in every work system, especially in this historical moment in which companies and companies are experiencing epochal changes and evolutions.
