[Autom. eng. transl.] The negotiation relationship, by its nature, tends to infinity due to the consequences it has on the context in which it develops. Precisely for this reason the negotiator is "the one who seeks peace, being inserted, despite prejudices, among the last remaining idealists". This is because he could not do his job without firmly believing in harmony. Starting from this approach, the volume offers an original vision of negotiation strategies thanks to a dialogue between Luca Brambilla, one of the leading Italian experts in strategic communication, and Carlo Galimberti, Professor of Social Psychology of Communication at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. .
