Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The Routes of Forensic Medicine and Responsibility in the health field represent
the outcome of an ambitious publishing project.
The work aims to occupy an unexplored space in the panorama of the texts of
Forensic Medicine, emphasizing the complexity of the priority themes that orbit
around the protection of health and critically illustrating the transformations that
they are changing the doctor-patient relationship, also affecting development
of health professions.
The approach chosen to take a current picture of the changes that
recent years have invested the regulatory and phenomenal plan - how to keep quiet
the emergency resulting from the Covid-19 epidemic? - as well as the refinement of the methods
medico-legal, immediately suggested fueling a close dialogue between
legal science and forensic science. The dictate of interdisciplinarity has been declined
through multi-voiced comments, intended to release points of contact and differences
between the juridical and the medico-legal reading, without giving in to mere juxtapositions
or the temptation to reconcile discordant perspectives at all costs, but favoring
a genuine exchange of contents and topics between the Authors, all selected in
strength of their proven scientific qualification.
