Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The encounter with scholastic distress is a term of comparison for the teaching profession, both with reference to the individual teacher and, above all, when the discomfort is seen as a condition of difficulty that involves all the components of the school organization. To address the inconvenience at school it is strategic to focus on teacher empowerment and, in particular, to strengthen the design skills required to support and concretize educational and didactic creativity.
