Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Opening the way to specific training for decision makers and, in general, for those who occupy positions of responsibility in the complex cycle of the elaboration, implementation and governance of training policies is a strategic element for the improvement of training systems as well as a urgency to be substantiated with the development of competences and research actions at the height. The High School of Economics and International Relations of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart responded to this challenge by activating the first higher education course in "Public Policies and Training. Decision-making processes and strategies".
