Abstract
The debate on ICT has assumed an important value in defining the structure of the socio-economic and socio-cultural inequalities.What is the role of ICT in dealing with the exclusion of some marginalized groups in our societies? What is the "second digital divide"? This introduction aims at opening the debate on one of the most crucial issue regarding the inclusion of Roma through the use of ICT tools.
