Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] This contribution aims to identify the fundamental principles and values underlying the birth and development of an entrepreneurial activity. In contrast to economic theory neoclassical, now dominant in economics, which over the years has not been able to grasp the role e the fundamental contribution of the entrepreneur will show how every business, real and concrete, always arises from personal initiative, from free and responsible human creativity and defines over time a human and social capital that acquires the characteristics of a real asset social. The community of people that is formed around an idea, a project, establishes and identifies with the company, whose life is then nourished by collaborative relationships e cooperation, both internal and external. In this way, a concept of business is defined as “Communities of men who, in different ways, pursue the satisfaction of their fundamentals needs and constitute a particular group at the service of the whole society "(Centesimus annus, 35).
