Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The text presents the results of a research that starts from the need to build an inclusive society project that strengthens the ability to live together. "The ethnographic approach" used is "a method of discovery that allows small facts, collected almost at random, to become meaningful. The fluid style adopted in this collective work reflects the characteristics of the object studied. " Cultural rights have been the background and have formed the cornerstone that allows us to weave together rights and freedoms in their different dimensions and responsibilities to be assumed in everyday life. There were three moments that guided the research: the interviews with people in the diaspora, the observation of public places where skills can be expressed and the interviews with social services staff to capture attitudes towards people in the diaspora.
