Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The text sets out in summary form (having been exposed in the presence of the Minister of Justice) the needs for diversification of the penal sanction system in force and the need to implement a political-criminal strategy that involves the different sectors of the legal system, within the framework of a critical approach to the stereotypes regarding crime prevention.
