Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Psychology can bring its contribution in multiple moments of the expert context, from the phase of evidence detection, to the analysis and reconstruction of the accident to that of writing. Considering the time of writing, it is possible to intervene specifically in order to enhance the communicative effectiveness and functionality of the expert report. To operate in this context it is useful to make use of the approach and tools of the Psychology of Communication according to which, first of all, the Expertise must be considered a communicative artefact that, as such, mediates a relationship and therefore a communication between two interlocutors (Ciceri , 2005). Given its interactive nature, in the writing of the writing it is not possible to disregard the consideration of the surveyor-client frame within which to place himself: in order for a communication to be effective it is, in fact, necessary to define the characteristics of the participants, of the reciprocal communicative intentions and expectations.
