[Autom. eng. transl.] As part of the round table, the contribution focuses primarily on the fact that they must assume de iure, condemning mere violations of consent in the legislation on medical responsibility: in particular, the hypotheses aimed at introducing a criminal case of so-called arbitrary medical activity, considered the incentive effects that would derive from the so-called defensive medicine. The apologies that raises the preventive model based on the forecast of culpable event crimes, hoping for innovative control methods related to the correctness of the conduct, are also highlighted, with specific regard to medical activity.
