Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution investigates and deepens the relationship between governance structures and stakeholders' requests, with specific reference to corporate groups. In fact, the protection of institutional interests assumes greater importance in the latter, in consideration of the competition from the minority shareholders belonging to the subsidiaries, in the light of which the peculiarities and role of protection of the governance tools are examined
