Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The Arab revolts of 2011 led to a redefinition of the national interests of the Arab states and a consequent new arrangement of the axes of alliances. The essay analyzes the transition of the regional system in the light of the Sunnite / Shiite dichotomy and that of the Arab Monarchies / Arab Republics.
