Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Artificial intelligence (AI) interacts with digital platforms, creating incremental value in business models of traditional or innovative companies. Digital networks are based on information retrieved in datasets representing quantitative nodes interpreted with qualitative links, in line with network theory. AI governs both aspects and their synergistic interactions, increasing overall scalability. The impact on the economic value is significant, as are the legal implications in the contractual-extrajudicial phase or in the context of disputes, also for the estimate of the emerging damage and loss of profit. Artificial intelligence (AI) interacts with digital platforms, creating incremental value in the business models of traditional or innovative companies. Digital networks are based on information retrieved in datasets that represent quantitative nodes interpreted with qualitative connections, consistently with network theory. AI oversees both aspects and their synergistic interactions, increasing overall scalability. The impact on the economic value is significant, as are the legal implications in the contractual-extrajudicial phase or in the context of disputes, also for the estimate of the resulting damage and lost profits.
