Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The regulatory impact of artificial intelligence and businesses
involved in the complex value chain of decision-making processes
automated is a topic touched upon by numerous studies. However, it seems
still lacking a systematization of the phenomenon in the form of
an analysis of the most relevant cases and its specific effects on
terms of corporate responsibility, in addition to regulatory dictates - first and foremost those
contained in the proposed European regulation on intelligence
artificial - often characterized by intrinsic vagueness and therefore ineffective a
guide the conduct of economic operators with certainty.
Based on these premises, the study frames the regulatory attitude
of artificial intelligence as a new risk and therefore potential
source of responsibility of the companies affected by the phenomenon of
automated decisions
