Integrazione e gestione della classe

Translated title of the contribution: Class integration and management

Research output: Book/ReportBook

Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The book deals with the problem of integrations, taking inspiration from the latest American research on the conduct of the class, offering pedagogical guidelines and proposing concrete methodological and didactic indications. Starting from the need for the school to make a qualitative leap in terms of integration, it maintains that a new phase is urgent and that a new pedagogical perspective must be put in place in order to help the disabled to live in this world; a new integrative cycle must be designed: the integrated conduction of learning, that is, the conscious management of an educational experience in an environment rich in social and relational needs such as the classroom. Many teachers have strong concerns about conducting a class in order to respond to the needs of each and every one. Students are increasingly difficult, very rarely meet class groups where teaching activities do not require great investment by teachers to maintain an educational climate suitable for learning; very often the boys force a high commitment to safeguard educational relationships based on the respect of the minimum rules of civil cohabitation. The disabled boy is certainly a problem, he still remains a constant concern in the classroom, but what worries and really risks becoming the "problem" of the Italian school, for the next few years, is social coexistence and training proposals valid for to favor the satisfaction of the needs of all the students present in the classroom, of the intelligent boy, of the quiet student, of the subject with behavioral problems, of the disabled student, of the non-EU boy. The intent of the work is to help teachers manage the class competently to favor various integrations. It also intends to offer teachers an instrument that can help them continue with greater awareness and competence in this action. The correct management of the class group is, in fact, the fundamental condition to build our training project aimed at supporting and enhancing the skills of each student present in the classroom.
