Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The present analysis, relative to the open questions in the relationship between school and territory, takes into consideration some of those that can be considered strategic actors in the process of inclusion of young foreigners (families, intercultural mediators, public and private bodies involved in the work network), as well as some particularly complex and delicate areas of intervention (the nodes of access to the education and training system, orientation towards choices and the transition to work), in which a strong connection and an integrated approach are necessary between the educational realities and the subjects operating in the different local contexts. On the basis of these themes, problematic nodes, potential, good practices, significant reflections and challenges for the policies of the Lombardy Region are highlighted, in particular considering the experience gained and the examples collected in the database of intercultural education projects and in the many sociological surveys promoted by the Regional Observatory for Integration and Multi-Ethnicity (ORIM).
