Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In the current debate on work, organizational innovation, skills for transitions, investing in the value of people appears as an unpostponable goal to harmonize the reasons for competing with respect for human rights and urges companies to act according to the perspective of sustainability understood as virtuous synthesis between human well-being, environmental protection, economic productivity. This approach to work requires the promotion of an "entrepreneurial mentality" which, as highlighted in the European framework of entrepreneurial competences, Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (2018), must be aimed at creating a positive impact on a financial, cultural and social, in the sign of a renewed harmony between human fulfillment and the common good
