Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of tumour therapy, in particular to the identification of new molecules for tumour suppression, therapy and/or prevention, to compositions comprising the same and to medical treatments comprising administration of said compounds for the treatment, suppression and/or prevention of tumours. Furthermore, the present invention relates to inhibitors of alpha7 integrin for the treatment, suppression and/or prevention of tumours, to composition comprising inhibitors of alpha7 integrin for the treatment, suppression and/or prevention of tumours and to medical treatments comprising administering said inhibitors or compositions to a patient in need thereof, for the treatment, suppression and/or prevention of tumours.
