Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The book collects the results of the scientific investigation on collective bargaining
in construction and related joint institutions which was carried out by Michele
Faioli as part of the OPERE research project (Permanent Observatory of
Contractual and Contribution Regularity). an investigation that tries to connect
in the same theoretical framework the criticisms concerning the overlap between
collective agreements that insist on the same productive sector, the aspects that
relate to the quality of contractual protections, taking into account the
professional figures that intersect these identified collective agreements, as well as
the protective and contributory profiles relating to the Casse Edili and Edilcassa system. The methodology
research assigns to the data and knowledge of the actual reality you are
by means of such data, it can have the function, on the one hand, of detecting complexity
of the phenomenon studied and, on the other hand, to allow a more careful elaboration
of the consequent legal reflections.
