Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Three revolutions are shaking the world of work: the progressive feminization, the advent of the aging society and the growth of the immigrant component. The article illustrates how, starting from these premises and on the basis of the cases analyzed in a recent research, the approach of diversity management can represent an extraordinary competitive lever for organizations.
