Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Today we often hear about inclusion at work and there are many Italian organizational realities of modern organized distribution (DMO) that have given rise to inclusion initiatives. Despite the growing commitment on the part of companies, an aura of unclearness remains around the meaning attributed to the term "inclusion", the ways in which organizations are addressing the issue, and the perceptions and reactions of employees and customers in the face of the introduction of such initiatives. To clarify the points in question ALTIS-Università Cattolica, on behalf of Federdistribuzione, carried out a research during 2022.
