Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The ecological emergency involves all sectors of human life and calls into question people's abilities to develop new ideas and projects to make businesses green and responsible. Taking on the idea of the future calls for commitment to the common good, between work and innovation, justice and legality, inclusion and participation, training and solidarity. Pedagogy is called to know and design organizational contexts capable of planning and generative responses to social and environmental issues.
