Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In the current context of global economic uncertainty, the agricultural enterprise risks seeing its typical economic-financial problems worsen, determined both by the uncertainty of its biological production cycle and by the recurrent contractual fragility in the market for the production factors purchased and of its products sold. However, in order to continue to be a proposing economic subject of primary importance in the economic system, it must first of all overcome moments of management difficulty and insufficient cash flow without irreversible negative consequences; it is equally indispensable to encourage its innovative process through appropriate investments. Therefore, alternative forms of self-financing, such as bank credit, often come to the rescue of these physiological financial needs. To support the analysis, the data relating to the consistency of agricultural credit in the Emilia-Romagna area is used.
