Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper critically examines the 'de-quotations' of administrative functions produced by the recent reforms of the discipline on the construction of energy production infrastructures from renewable sources. In particular, the effects of the new regulations on three profiles of administrative activity are identified: organizational, planning and procedural.
