Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The numerous "obstacles" inherent in the country system have certainly helped to curb the growth of our GDP, especially in the last twenty years, compared to the dynamics of other more advanced economies. The reforms that can introduce substantial improvements in the sense of a more liberalized internal market; virtuous public spending and low political costs; a weak labor market; a system of taxation of labor and businesses not too high; a fair and balanced pension system; a high level training system; efficient civil justice; low tax evasion rate, etc. above all, an ethical-civil imperative for the modernization of the country is above all an accounting imperative. However it is good to be aware that these reforms will produce results only in medium-long times.
