Abstract
By using unpublished and rare materials, the article reconstructs the editing vicissitudes, polemics and correspondences about the last two speeches on war held by Marinetti at the Reale Accademia d'Italia. The founder of Futurism not only featured them in the press, but he also gave them a visibility at an institutional level, thanks to the insertion in the catalogue of the pubblications of the Royal Academy. This editorial detail is another way to claim the theoretical, artistic and military sustain support of the war operated by Futurism. His project, also agreed by Federzoni, did not have a positive outcome, as the correspondance presented shows.
