Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] A systematic reconstruction of the complex discipline reserved by the legislator to the clandestine immigrant is carried out, as shown by numerous interventions by the legislator and the Constitutional Court. Particular attention is given to the analysis of the various expulsions, both "administrative" and "jurisdictional" and of the interference of the special legislation of the Consolidated Law on immigration with that of the criminal procedure code and the penitentiary system.
