Abstract
The article focuses the attention on the impact of the economic crisis on both Italian and stranger workers, highlighting the limits and the counterintuitive outcomes of the relation of complementary between Italian and imported labour supply. Then it develops some considerations on how to valorise migrants’ potential in order to improve the competitiveness of Italian economy.
