Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Tutor srl, a training agency active in the municipalities of Piacenza and Fiorenzuola d'Arda, turned to the University of Bergamo some time ago to set up a path of innovation and development, in particular for a group of tutors who, working in the field of the educational obligation, in contact with the youth problems of social marginalization, they found themselves particularly exposed to problems of an organizational, communicative, emotional and managerial type. The result was a unique partnership of its kind, which functioned as propulsion and towing for a far broader search than the initial objectives. This book traces its theoretical framework, tells its story, and from the lymph of that experience draws inspiration to formulate a general theory on education in educational contexts, based on a "family resemblance" between the organization of services and the practices of life. Welcoming, birth, care and leave are the cornerstones upon which the plots of a formative intervention are woven which, far from being the mere application of an optimal model, was intended and intended as an accompaniment in the course of work of the events, stories and fantasies of those who daily try to get out of the rigidity of habits, responsibly assuming their own delivery.
