Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] After having identified the bases of the provision of terms for the duration of the preliminary investigations in the Constitution and in compliance with internationalistic obligations, the question related to the identification of the terms a quo and ad quem for their calculation is illustrated. The illegitimacy of chain registrations in the register of suspects was therefore recognized, with particular regard to the hypothesis in which they concern a permanent crime.
