Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper highlights the relationship between just war theories and retributive models of justice, identifying the recognition of the "face of the other" as an antidote to the logic of conflict and raising the question, often overlooked, of the risks of self-destruction to which it is exposed today humanity.
