Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The activity of the internship tutor does not consist only of the relationships undertaken with the students but implies dialogues with the various stakeholders involved: the colleagues, the organizations present in the area and the academic system in which it is inserted. The ball of relationships and experiences has no end, it is a communicative-relational process that begins with the start of its intervention and continues indefinitely, allowing the construction of networks, knowledge and relationships between the parties. The work of the traineeship tutor and the relationships that are established with one of the stakeholders at stake: colleagues during the team / staff work. This gives rise to the possibility of examining the activities and methodological aspects, the strengths and weaknesses and the conditions necessary to be able to continue working in a team.
