Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution offers an intervention model developed starting from the recognition of the clinical specificity of drug addict patients in prison, in both diagnostic and therapeutic terms. Starting from this recognition, the term "specialist treatment" acquires meaning, as opposed to an attitude of generic assimilation of every form of dependence on the same mechanisms, be they of a biological, psychological or social nature, as a function of which to subject each patient to the same form of treatment.
