Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay, based on the debordian concept of spectacle and on the definitions of tragedy given by Aristotle and Jaspers, shows how the translation by images of some bloody events does not have, in the contemporary panorama, the characteristics of the tragic, but rather those of the sensational.
