Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In times of crisis the aid relations that the third sector organizations activate with the recipients of their interventions, become a specific added value that, added to the actual performances, can acquire a significant social relevance. The starting point for these brief notes is offered by the third Ores report on social exclusion in Lombardy, which allows us to focus on the social result, in terms of goods and services, of these relationships.
