Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Article. 6 of Law no. 124/2015 amended some of the provisions of the law on the administrative procedure concerning self-protection. These changes as a whole go in the direction of greater protection of the certainty of the juridical relationships that are connected to the administrative acts.
