Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The social worker carries out a social-assistance intermediary function: he is responsible for identifying the necessary services, helping people decide what to do, concretely organizing everything. Its position is that of those who find themselves working not only among citizens and their own body, but also among citizens and other bodies, services, organizations and, often, between citizens and local communities.
