Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] With this chapter we intend to summarize in a few pages the complex framework of the national "milk system". Therefore, as in the previous editions of this Report, the first paragraph presents the reconstruction of the value chain, with which an attempt is made to estimate the value of the national milk supply chain in 2016 and its distribution between the different stages. The second part summarizes the main determinants of the market in 2016 and 2017.
