Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In recent years, experiences have also spread in schools in our country
of Service Learning. These are solidarity service activities carried out
by pupils, intended to satisfy real needs and actually perceived by
a community, institutionally planned in an integrated form with the program
school and according to pupils' learning. In such experiences
learning and community service meet and interact positively.
The contribution aims to highlight the pedagogical-educational aspects
of Service Learning to grasp its transformative potential not only for
the training of pupils but also for the development of a school open to
needs of the territory
