Abstract
Same, but different. ‘Identically Different’. Ecclesiastical law and the legislation of the autonomous Province of Trento are both deeply conditioned by the need for equality and equally steeped in the need for diversity. Which are the competences and what are the rules of the province of Trento for the protection of religious freedom. Two case studies: the teaching of the Catholic religion in the school system of the autonomous Province of Trento and the legislation on religious tourism.
