[Autom. eng. transl.] The changes occurred in the way of conceiving health have led to the belief that their life skills are important for the well-being of individuals. The possible links between well-being in skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, creativity, emotion regulation and empathy are illustrated. Finally, the implications for the intervention are discussed, suggesting that the enhancement of self-adjustment skills can allow people to actively manage their well-being.
