Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The identification of stakeholders, who can contribute to the Hta process, is linked
to the articulated conception of the "value" that can be assigned to health technologies.
The main categories of stakeholders to be involved in the process have been determined
of Hta, identified through criteria that aim to ensure that everyone can
pursue the objectives of the organization it represents.
The contribution that individual stakeholders can make to the HTA process has been identified
defining the weight, relevance and relevance of the same in each single phase of the
technology life cycle assessment process.
The involvement of stakeholders in the evaluation process must take place through the
definition of rigorous methods. In particular, in the prioritization phase, their contribution
it's about defining the need for health.
