Abstract
The article – with examples in PDF of the PowerPoint version – wishes to propose project work for Italian or Chinese-speaking students of the first two years of the upper secondary school, to be done through team activities, aimed at the guided and autonomous production of teaching materials: an Italy-China documentary-book. The link between the various teaching activities is rice, the staple food of the cuisine of the two countries, including Chinese narrative/history, documentaries, interviews, intercultural approaches, geography and international cuisine.
