Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The objective of the contribution is to analyze the territorial reorganization strategies implemented in Lombardy in application of the "Delrio" law n. 56/2014. In particular, it was intended to verify whether the current phase of territorial reconfiguration could be transformed into an opportunity to mediate the desired needs and visions of local and regional development, also from a cultural and sustainable perspective, with trends towards integration into dynamics international and global. The law ‚Delrio‛ n. 56/2014 and the rejection of the constitutional referendum of December 2016 have, in fact, produced in Italy a new institutional context which has required not a few interpretative efforts from the interested bodies, generating limitations and new opportunities.
