Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] One wonders if the property is a value? The collective rejection of property, implemented by the Franciscan institution, immediately raised the question of the need to accept it, or rather to keep it, but only as "usum facti". This led to a very favorable situation because they enjoyed the advantages of ownership, without bearing the burdens, especially in taxes, which the full ownership of the property provided.
