Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay proposes a recognition of Regulation (EC) no. 864/2007 on the law applicable to non-contractual obligations, examining - in addition to its genesis, its sphere of application and the relationships that it maintains with the Community, conventional and national rules concerning this matter - the individual conflict rules that it contains, the scope of the law referred to by the latter and the limits to which their operation is subject.
