Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay analyzes the relationships between civil institutions and collective religious subjects in the delicate sector of administrative action. After having examined the meaning of the principle of subsidiarity, in the double horizontal and vertical meaning, in the protection of religious interests and related question of the representation of the latter, through some case studies the current set of competences (legislative and administrative) of the institutions is analyzed local in terms of ecclesiastical law. Therefore, a hypothesis of intervention in these areas is therefore proposed within a future general law on religious freedom.
