Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The health emergency has brought about a couple of significant changes in the criminal field that they have concerned the health professions, recipients of causes for exemption from liability penalty for the activity performed during vaccination and in the treatment center. Both predictions are there indicator of a political-criminal tendency of progressive decriminalization of the guilt of health workers and of a political tendency in favor of the medical profession. They also communicate a feeling of mistrust towards the investigating magistracy and represent a response to concerns related to the risks of so-called "Judicial pandemic".
